Good nutrition is crucial for health, particularly in times when the immune system might need to fight back COVID 19. In order to support individuals in eating healthy during self-quarantine and isolation, we have prepared a set of diet chart that is good to follow.
Drink enough water every day.
Water is essential for life. It transports nutrients and compounds in blood, regulates your body temperature, gets rid of waste, and lubricates and cushions joints.
Drink 8–10 cups of water every day.
Early morning: 1glass warm water+ ¼ tsp saunth powder (dry ginger) + 1 small fruit
Breakfast (8am): 1cup Tea/ Coffee + Oats/ Rava/ Lapsi Porridge 1 bowl
Or 1 bowl veg Poha/ veg daliya /Upma
Mid-Morning (10.30am): Fruit-1 no /1 veg soup bowl+ 2-3 Almonds (soaked and peeled) +2 walnuts
Lunch/ Dinner | LUNCH 12.30 – 1pm |
Jowar/Bajra/Wheat Chapati OR | 2 |
Khichdi/ Rice | 1 Bowl |
Dal | 1 Bowl |
Seasonal Vegetables | 1 Bowl |

Curd / Buttermilk +1/2 tsp jeera powder | 1 Bowl/ Glass |
4:00 PM:– 1 cup Tea/Coffee + Boiled corn/Sprouted moong/Roasted Makahana
5:30 pm : 1 small fruit/ 1 bowl soup
Dinner: (7:30pm) Same as Lunch
Bed Time (10pm) 1glass warm water +2 dried figs soak in water (if constipated)
